Refund policy
As We are a small business and we sadly are unable to offer free returns service, any returns are at your cost.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
You will not be eligible for a refund if the goods are returned damaged in any way (and this is not the reason for your return). Should you initiate a return after 14 days after the day of delivery, you will subsequently not be eligible for a refund.
In the event you have received a faulty or defective item you may be entitled to a full refund. A refund will only apply if the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. Please send an email to us outlining the problem along with any supporting photos. The details will then be forwarded to the manufacturer for their assessment and comments. We will then contact you via email in due course to confirm if a refund is applicable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
